BRITISH car bosses have lost out in a global shake-up of motor giant Ford. Sir Nick Scheele, 60, has been replaced as chief operating officer by American Jim Padilla, 57.
Scheele remains as Ford's president. David Thursfield, 58, head of international operations, retires after 25 years.
