Jamie Oliver: Opening new restaurant
12 April 2012
Jamie Oliver is to open a barbecue restaurant in the City.
He is teaming up with his chef friend Adam Perry Lang, who owns Daisy May's BBQ in New York, to run the 200-seat venue.
It will feature a Brazilian churrasco, a charcoal pit used by South American gaucho cowboys, cooking whole pig, lamb and shoulder of beef.
It will open in the autumn in a £540 million development near St Paul's Cathedral.
