Kanye sold his New York bachelor flat at a reported loss for £2.4 million last summer — but it’s back on the market already, for £3.7 million.
The American rapper kitted out the one-bedroom property in SoHo, Lower Manhattan, in minimalist, Japanese-inspired style, with limestone flooring and calm, neutral décor, after paying £2.5 million for two adjoining flats and knocking through to create his perfect home.
Kanye and his wife Kim Kardashian's main residence is in Los Angeles and they recently paid £11.2 million for a Wyoming ranch.
